After more than a decade perfecting his art in France, Flo brought his passion to Sydney—sharing the elegance of authentic French pastries, delivered fresh to your door.

Together with his partner Mai, the duo expanded their range with care, introducing their creations at local markets and refining each recipe with devotion. Over time, their reputation for excellence grew—and so did their offerings. Today, Flo Viennoiserie proudly caters to intimate gatherings and grand celebrations alike, including weddings and large-scale events.
